Bonapace Workshop

Give birth without stress with the Bonapace method. Its a natural and scientific approach to prepare for childbirth that instructs the father how to reduce pain and medical interventions.

Next workshop: Fridays from 7:30-9:30pm, February 17th, 24th and March 9th 2012.
Cost: $225 and it includes the required book.

Karma Yoga

Join us on Sunday mornings from 10-11am for Karma Yoga. Meet many of our teachers and pay by donation for a wonderful cause: http://www.pinapalmera.org/pina-palmera.htm?lng=en, a small organization offering therapy to disabled people in Mexico.
