Our aim with theses classes is to make Yoga accessible and affordable to everyone. Ambaa Yoga donates the space, teachers volunteer their time and classes are held by donation. All the money collected is used to support community projects within the studio such as scholarships or are donated to local charities.
Taught by a different teacher each week, we invite teachers from our studio, as well as guest teachers from within the community to share their love of yoga. All teachers do this on a volunteer basis. It’s fun and a great way to experience a variety of teachers and styles and get to know your neighbours at the same time!
A gentle yoga class for Mom and Baby. Bond with your baby and meet other Moms in the area. The focus of this class is breath, core strength and fun! We end each class with Baby yoga and Baby massage.
