ABOUT THE STUDIO
Ambaa Yoga is located in the heart of the St. Henri community in downtown Montreal, just a few blocks west of the Place St. Henri metro station.
The studio is a calming natural space, with lots of natural light, hardwood floors and an exposed brick wall. It also features a changing exhibit of artwork from local artists.
Free parking is available in the immediate area.
Rental Space
We have a yoga studio that accommodates 12 students comfortably. The studio is also an excellent space for dance classes, workshops and children’s classes.
The back room is a private and relaxing space suitable for massage, one-on-one yoga classes, reflexology and counseling.
