MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy provides hands-on treatment which consists of mechanical manipulation of the soft tissues in the body such as muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. Properly administered this may help hasten healing, increase metabolism, increase the activity of the circulatory system and the lymphatic system. It can also serve to relax and refresh muscles, relieve pain and help maintain healthy skin. Massage therapy has the additional benefit of serving to calm the nervous system, promoting a sense of relaxation and renewed energy, and assisting in reducing tension and relieving fatigue.

Tui Na
Tui Na massage has been practiced in China for nearly 4000 years and aspires to balance the Yin and Yang energies within a person by affecting the flow of Qi (the body’s vital energy). During a Tui Na session, the receiver relaxes on a massage table while pressure is applied along the meridians and acupressure points. After Tui Na treatments, we are free from stiffness, aches and pains and able to experience the full vigor of life once again.

The heat warms and loosens the wax meanwhile creating a gentle vacuum effect that draws the impurities into the candle. The session is very relaxing and begins and ends with a gentle head and neck massage. Ear candling is beneficial for: itchy ears, headaches, sinus congestion, allergies, sore throat, tinnitus, vertigo, and snoring.
Aqua Veechi- Water Massage
This aquatic bodywork is a unique form of massage based on the undulations of a wave done in body-temperature water. The receiver relaxes on the surface of the water, supported by soft inflatables placed at the head and the feet. The practitioner imprints the movements of waves, stretches and rocking to the receiver’s body, promoting a deep relaxation and sense of internal peace. The grace and flow of the combination improves mobility, flexibility and general well-being. This massage is sublime for all recipients and especially appealing for pregnant women and those with limited mobility. This massage is often compared to Watsu (water shiatsu).
