Pilates is beneficial for:

Back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, neck pain and arthritis
Decreased stress and workplace strain

Private Pilates sessions are given using the Reformer, the traditional Pilates machine, and various props to help you get the most out of your workout. Taught by Pilates instructor, Michelle Sands who has over 6 years of experience working with clients of all types. Michelle specializes in working with clients who have recent injuries, chronic pain or other physical limitations. She believes deeply in the intelligence of the human body and works with care and respect for each of her clients.

Therapeutic sessions involve a mix of Yoga, Pilates seen from an osteopathic point of view. Sessions are tailored specifically to you. Michelle takes the time to get to know each of her clients, their challenges and their goals. Your first meeting she’ll review your medical history as well as do a physical evaluation and together you’ll decide where it’s best to start.
